Anjum Sohail provides nutrition consultation services (online worldwide and in-person in Bengaluru), digital nutrition products and Reset Nutrition branded food supplements. All consultation services are booked and conducted via WhatsApp. All digital product and supplement purchases are processed through Razorpay.
Consultation slots are subject to availability and typically fill 2 to 3 weeks in advance. Payment for consultations is collected at the time of booking via Razorpay or direct bank transfer. Consultation fees are inclusive of 18% GST (CGST 9% + SGST 9%).

A full refund is available if cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation. Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled once, subject to availability, but are not eligible for a refund. No-shows are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Due to the nature of digital products (nutrition guides, meal plans, reports), all sales are final once the product has been delivered electronically. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us via WhatsApp and we will resolve the issue or provide a replacement.
Unopened supplements may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened supplements cannot be returned due to food safety regulations. Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no cost. Contact us via WhatsApp with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
